Information you choose to share
If the online request form is enabled, it collects your name, phone number, optional email address, service community, property type, requested service, and any details you choose to provide. AML uses those details to respond to the inquiry and discuss requested service.

How contact requests are sent
Online requests are currently unavailable in this review version. Calling or using an email link opens your device’s phone or email application. This website does not send those messages for you.
The optional server integration is prepared to deliver an enabled online form to AML’s company email through Resend. That provider must be configured and approved before use. If enabled, the inquiry passes through the website host and email provider. The website code does not store a separate customer-request database or log request bodies.
Messages received by AML may remain in its email system. AML must confirm and document its retention period and deletion process before launch. Do not represent a retention schedule as established until it has been adopted.
Technical data and abuse prevention
The hosting and network providers may process request information such as IP addresses, browser information, and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. The optional contact endpoint uses short-lived request-rate counters and does not put contact details into those counters.
If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled to help prevent automated form abuse, Cloudflare processes the challenge interaction. That integration is disabled until configured. The public privacy policy must be reviewed again when hosting and form providers are finalized.
Cookies, tracking, and browser storage
This build does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, embedded maps, social-media embeds, or marketing cookies. Fonts and business images are served with the site. The preparation checklist is temporary on the current page; it is not saved to a customer profile or sent to AML.
A private hosting service may use its own authentication cookies for access to a review. Those are controlled by the hosting service, not by AML’s website code. Any future analytics, tracking, or integrations require an updated policy and any applicable consent controls.
